Abstract Human being is always involved with various challenges and conditions for which it is necessary to make a fruitful and on-time decision. The necessary condition for fundamental involvement with these problems is benefiting from an active a creative. Philosophical method is one of the major methods for this purpose. Smith has named it as a form of under the title of philosophical mind. He believes that Philosophical mind is a pattern with three dimensions of integration, deepness and reflection. The major goal of the present research is to find out any relationship between emotional intelligence of and their philosophical mind at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. For this purpose we defined emotional intelligence according to the theory of Daniel Gilman in five dimensions, consciousness, self-control, sympathy, motivation, social skills and executive according to the theory of Philip J. Smith in three dimensions, integration, deepness and reflection. There are one major hypothesis and five secondary hypotheses. Statistical population of this research includes at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Regarding the limited number of statistical population, it was considered as the total statistical population. Data collection tools include two inventories such as Gilman s emotional intelligence inventory and also Smith s executive one. Upon approval the reliability and validity of questionnaires, they were submitted to statistical sample. After collecting the questionnaires, it was possible to analysis them by the use of descriptive and conceptual statistical methods. As a result, we used descriptive statistical method for purification, classification and interpretation of collected data and also r test for testing of all research hypotheses. According to the results, there is not any significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its dimensions with their executive except for sympathy dimensions at various branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. 2 SPECIAL ISSUE, 204 Introduction Emotional intelligence intends to explain real positions of excitements and sentiments. It is also a form of social intelligence for controlling of feelings and emotions and also leading the and functions. A person with lack of emotional intelligence is not a successful and excellent organizational leader even with the best educational courses (Karimi, 2006). A manager with high level of emotional intelligence may cause enrichment of group working along with better cooperation and understanding for finding correct attitudes about motivations (Zare, 2000). According to the researches, there is a direct relationship between emotional intelligence and its dimensions with managerial applications and successful behaviors of management (Bryson, 2005). Rogers (2005)states there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and open space of organization and teacher openness. In his research, Mack (2005) has illustrates that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and stress, depression, self-blossoming and emotional compatibility. Thinking styles of is one of the major steps in upgrading of organizational health. Logical & correct of manager depends upon a philosophical mind. A philosophical mind will enable a manager to face with organizational problems as clear as possible without any self-positions and unilateral positions. Also it may enable him to make logical decisions with better knowledge about organizational affairs. Correct is a need for managementin order to apply fundamental principles for this purpose. Perhaps a manager is in fact a director for considering all aspects of job as deeply as possible. Since play a fundamental role in training of philosophical mind of personnel, they should bear the same as well. (Seif Hashemi, 2003). Most of believe that only a dominance power on managerial duties is a success for a manager. Meanwhile thinkers of training and education believe that in lack of philosophical mind it impossible to be a successful leader of an organization. According to the results of a study by Kharghanian (993), about %20.83 of educational have high philosophical mind and %54.7 have average philosophical mind and %25 of them have low level of philosophical mind. Furthermore, those with high level of philosophical mind had better and higher educational output in comparison with the same who have lower level of philosophical mind. Hashemi (993) states that philosophical mind of had a direct effect on their knowledge for performing of managerial tasks. According to a study by Komeili Asl (2002), it is obvious that philosophical mind of had a great effect on their personnel s functions. Importance & ecessity of research Emotional intelligence is upgrading ladder of at organizations. Today emotional intelligence is really effective on in a way that may leave the organization not due to their experiences but because of personality and behavior. (Gilman, 996). In case a person has the best academic degrees issued from the most valuable universities of the world along with the best educational courses but bear low level of emotional intelligence, he/she is not an excellent manager of an organization. Affection is an inevitable aspect for more reasoning power of brain. Great leaders are working through their sympathies (Gilman et al. 995) Today it is not enough just to pay attention to programming and processes because it is personnel who may write and control and perform these programs. Therefore it is necessary 9

Leaders are in need to have these characteristics in order to play an effective role in promotion of organizational goals. Emotional intelligence is a useful factor in better understanding and estimation of personal functions in various fields such as application, maintenance, obligation, innovation, efficiency, output, loyalty of customers and quality of services and so on. (Taef Elahi, 2003) Undoubtedly the role of manager in commercial institutes and organizations is very important and considerable. He/she is responsible against all responsibilities and circulation of banking system along with further success or failures. Organizational environment is the best and suitable field for any comparing between emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence. This is because a person will benefit from its own emotional facilities in an organization rather than its scientific possibilities (resulted from intellectual intelligence). As it was mentioned in any definitions about emotional intelligence, some of the consequences of this aspect are more optimism, little stress and lower acceleration with direct effects on attitude and work behavior of personnel. Therefore the quality of products and services presented by personnel are affected by any consequences of emotional intelligence (Abedi Toorani, 200). Some of the most important specifications of are ability and personality of for improvement of banking services quality. With a philosophical mind all are involved with daily issues in the shade of fundamental attitudes (mentality integration, deep and reflection). Philosophical mind will enable a manager to be safe from self-attitudes and also enable him/her to make logical decisions with required knowledge and information. (Smith, 956) Regarding the role of emotional intelligence and its relation with executive and lack of any researches in this regard, the author intends to find out any relationship between emotional intelligence and their executive at various branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Research goals The major goal of this research is to find out any relationship between emotional intelligence and their executive at various branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Therefore following ideas are considered accordingly: - Determining any relationship between consciousness of emotional intelligence of at West Azerbaijan Province 2- Determining any relationship between Self-order of emotional intelligence of at West Azerbaijan Province 3- Determining any relationship between affection of emotional intelligence of at West Azerbaijan Province 4- Determining any relationship between motivation of emotional intelligence of at West Azerbaijan Province 0

They enable us to find our dreams, memories and concepts. In case of any disorders, there will be major disorders accordingly. Emotional intelligence includes recognition and control of self-excitements, sympathy with others and maintenance of satisfied relationships. In other words, a person with high level of emotional intelligence has combined three recognizing, physiological and behavioral parameters of emotions as successfully as possible. Emotional intelligence specifies that why some people with average IQ are more successful than any other persons with high level of IQ. Any traditional criteria of IQ include an important collection of abilities of people in real life. It means any facilities like selfinformation, movement control, maintenance, motivation, self-motivated, sympathy and social abilities. Most of social problems like adolescence quarrelsome are related to lack of emotional intelligence. As a result, emotional intelligence should be enriched in all people. Educational persons in charge should benefit find new dimensions of emotional intelligence in management, human resources management and organizations for better training of emotional health to people. (Ganji et al 2006). The term of Intelligence found out a better definition for more than a century by Truman (96) when there was included a phenomenon as intelligence by Bineh (905) in the process of two digits. At that time most of psychologists like Spearman, Tristan, Bineh, Chiseler, Paige, Kettle, Glico, and Gardner and so on provided different definitions and classification according which it was possible to provide any tools for measuring of this mental quality. All these tools are extracted from assumption and idea of provider about intelligence. These tools were presented as written images or a combination of factors in a way that intelligence is nothing just a further consequence. Such a variety of tools and different understandings may inspire a poem by Rumi. In one of his stories some Indian people were obliged to touch different parts of an elephant and explain their conceptions. Then they should present an image of elephant which was similar to anything just an elephant even more complex and unknown. The reason was not only touching the case but also making a mental and abstract reason for it. Perhaps this is the reason that Boring has stated that: Intelligence is the same thing which is measured by intelligence tests. (Sharifi, 997) There is a question with a complex answer as: How much the intelligence reflects potential and mental abilities of a person? Therefore recognizing intelligence is specified traditionally and by the use of IQ. It tries to ay more attention to other aspects of personality, potentials for finding out personal talents, learning, recommendation, logical, problem solving and something like that. Exactly we may find out that recognizing products are not enough for intelligence tests in new definitions of mental backwardness. Also we should pay attention to another concept which is compatible behavior. It has been said that mental backward means a person whose excellent mental actions are below average ones and it is accompanied with some shortages in its compatible behaviors. (Kurk et al. 997). Furthermore, emotional intelligence includes personal capacity for accepting the realities, reflection, problem solving and any fights with stresses. (Golman, 999)

Whether it needs some philosophical activities (Promotion of valuable judgments)? An educational manager is obliged to be changed into a personal philosopher. It is obliged to provide various valuable judgments. It is responsible against the school even with lots of superficial proposals which may be imposed on it by various groups of society. Also it has been stated by Edgar Dale as: Any connection with goodness is like vaccination against any devil. (Dale, 953) But it seems that any provides of good chances in preparing of educational are applicable for philosophical judgments of others not for validation of issues and /or any superficial proposals. It is just for enabling him to accept correct validation procedures and enrichment of abilities and readiness for this purpose. It is named as Philosophical mind in its general form and a permanent issue for enabling of people and more thinks. As a result, we should pay attention to those properties which show personal philosophical mind. (Behrangi, 2003). Logical & correct of a manager is based upon his/her philosophical mind. Philosophical mind of a manager means any attitude for facing with various issues from selfconcept and single concept which may enable him/herto find required knowledge about organizational affairs. Research method Statistical population of this research includes at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province in Regarding limited number of statistical population it has been considered also as statistical sample. A questionnaire was applied for data collection from statistical population and also testing of regulated hypotheses in this research. Both descriptive and conceptual statistical methods are applied for required data analysis out of collected questionnaires. As a result, frequency distribution tables and percentage of relevant answers were used for answering to the question of this research. Column diagrams are used for illustration of various statistical data. Also they were applied for testing of research hypotheses and Pearson correlation test. Conceptual analysis of statistical data (Statistical testing of research hypotheses) Testing of hypothesis :There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of at West Azerbaijan Province. Hypothesis -:There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of consciousness of and their executive at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Hypothesis -2:There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of self-order of at West Azerbaijan Province. Hypothesis -3:There is a significant relationship between sympathy dimension of emotional intelligence of and their executive at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Hypothesis -4:There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence at motivation dimension of and their executive at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Therefore it is decided to reject H and accept H 0 accordingly. In other words, there is not a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of in motivation dimension and their executive in consciousness dimension at various branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. Hypothesis -5:There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of at social skills dimension and their executive at different branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan Province. Therefore it is decided to reject H and accept H 0 accordingly. In other words, there is not a significant relationship between social skills of emotional intelligence of and their executive in consciousness dimension at various branches of Bank of Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. Conclusion According to the results of all hypotheses in this research, we have as follows: Hypothesis : It was measured by 86 questions including 44 questions about emotional intelligence of and 42 questions about their executive. According to the obtained coefficient of 0.050, it is obvious that there is not a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence of and their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. More attention to different indexes of emotional intelligence, there is an effective increase in executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province. Meanwhile the independent variant of emotional intelligence could specify just %5 of dependent variance of executive of. This means that about 55 of changes in dependent variant of executive of is depending upon this independent variant of emotional intelligence of. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.224) 2 x 00= 5.07 Hypothesis -: It was measured by 47 questions including 5 questions about consciousness and 42 questions about their executive. According to the obtained coefficient of 0.09, it is obvious that independent variant of consciousness may specify about %9.2 of dependent variant of executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. This means that about %9 of executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province depends upon consciousness dimension of emotional intelligence. According to the obtained significant level (sig.=0.060), it is decided to reject this hypothesis. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.302) 2 x 00= 9.2 Hypothesis -2: It was measured by 50 questions including 8 questions about self-order of and 42 questions about their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. According to the obtained coefficient of , it is obvious that independent variant of self-order will specify about %0.23 of dependent variance 6

According to the obtained significant level (sig.=0.786), it is decided to reject this hypothesis. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.048) 2 x 00= 0.23 Hypothesis -3: It was measured by 5 questions including 9 questions about motivation and 42 questions about their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. According to the obtained coefficient of 0.3, it is obvious that independent variant of motivation will specify about %3. of dependent variance of executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province. In other words, more motivation of will cause more executive of them. In case of any decrease in motivation, it is expected to have a reduction in their executive rate. According to the obtained significant level (sig.=0.033), it is decided to accept this hypothesis. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.362) 2 x 00= 3.0 Hypothesis -4: It was measured by 52 questions including 0 questions about sympathy and 42 questions about their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. According to the obtained coefficient of 0.004, it is obvious that independent variant of sympathy will specify about %0.004 of dependent variance of executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province which is very little. In other words, more sympathy of will cause more executive of them at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province. In case of any decrease in sympathy, it is expected to have a reduction in their philosophical mind rate. According to the obtained significant level (sig.=0.688), it is decided to reject this hypothesis. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.070) 2 x 00= 0.49 Hypothesis -5: It was measured by 54 questions including 2 questions about social skills and 42 questions about their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. According to the obtained coefficient of 0.002, it is obvious that independent variant of social skills will specify about %0.002 of dependent variance of executive of at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province. In other words, more social skills of will cause more executive of them at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province. In case of any decrease in social skills, it is expected to have a reduction in their executive rate. According to the obtained significant level (sig.=0.768), it is decided to accept this hypothesis. Determining coefficient (relationship)= (r) 2 x 00= (0.052) 2 x 00= 0.27 Some proposals based upon the results of research Followings are various proposals based upon the obtained results out of this research: - According to the results, it is obvious that there is not a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of and their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. Therefore according to the finding, it is proposed to the and persons in banking system to pay more attention to various items of emotional intelligence of. Also they should 7

11 SPECIAL ISSUE, 204 provide necessary educational workshops through in-services courses prior to selection & installing of (training of emotional intelligence). Since all applications of banks are related to each other and there is a high level of dominance on managerial duties for further success of a manager is to bear high level of executive and emotional intelligence in order to find correct and scientific solutions for banking problems and also not to make any quick decisions, therefore it is necessary to evaluate their executive and emotional intelligence prior to selection and installation of. This is because those with suitable executive have more success as well. 2- According to the research results, there is not a significant relationship between consciousness dimension of emotional intelligence of and their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. Therefore it is proposed to all persons in charge and to pay more attention to various dimensions of consciousness of emotional intelligence and also executive. They should establish obligatory and short-term training courses for increasing the knowledge of and personnel about fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence and its dimensions. Also the participants will find lots of advantages of in-service conditions. 3- According to results, there is not a significant relationship between self-order of emotional intelligence of and their executive of them at various branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan. This means that at various branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan province have some problems in different indexes like calmness at critical situations, calmness at sadness, refreshing, logical reaction with issues, analysis of problems while there are some complex and wage issues, calmness for different presses, agreement with specified methods prior to self-concept tests and t o make anything up to specifying the final condition. 4- According to results, there is a significant relationship between motivation dimension of emotional intelligence of and their executive of them at various branches of Bank Tosse Taavon of West Azerbaijan. Therefore it is proposed to persons in charge and master of bank to pay more attention to motivation dimension of emotional intelligence of manager in order to find a significant increase of most parameters. 5- Also it is obvious that there is not a significant relation between sympathy and executive of them at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. Therefore it is recommended to persons in charge to pay more attention to sympathy indexes of at various branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province. 6- Regarding the social skills of and their executive at different branches of Bank Tosse Taavon at West Azerbaijan province, it is obvious that there is not a significant relationship between both mentioned parameters. Therefore it is recommended to master of bank to make suitable and written programs for promotion of communicative & social skills of at different branches of 8
