After medical school and residency, I practiced anesthesia for about 15 years in Utah and Oregon. The opportunity to practice surgery presented itself and I completed training at the University of Oklahoma and served as an attending for trauma and vascular for four years. Subsequently, I completed a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery. Currently, I am a member of the thoracic surgery faculty at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
