4 What is I Want to Live Healthy? This is a program that promotes Integral Health both individually and collectively. It is a program to develop a Healthy Lifestyle; the primary focus is on the Churches and Institutions and then it is extended to the schools and communities. There is nothing new because it is based on the 8 natural remedies.

5 It is to promote HEALTHY HABITS HABIT

6 DRINK WATER POSITIVE ATTITUDE EATING WELL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ADEQUATE REST SELF-CONTROL MORE AT BREAKFAST AND LESS AT DINNER BE HAPPY

7 It was decided to do a research project in the churches to validate the program. The North Mexican Union was chosen; one of the five Unions in this country.

10 Three tangible results emerged from the study: 1. The validity of the research instrument (a survey was develped with scientific rigor). 2. Observe the efects of practicing the 8 Healthy Habits on a persons s health. 3. The relationship between the 8 Healthy Habits and certain health indicators.

11 To measure the effect of a healthy lifestyle was based on the Bible, the Spirit of Prophecy and scientific research.
