3 Introduction Hello, and welcome to "Top 5 Diet Programs REVEALED!" As the name implies, we are counting down the top five diet programs on the market. Notice, we said diet "programs," and not "diet plans" or simply "diets." This is by design. Diet plans (or diets) are typically well-known, usually macro-nutrient centered ways of eating. Things like the "80/10/10 Diet," "Atkins Diet," "Ketogenic Diet," "Paleo Diet," "South Beach Diet," "Ornish Diet," and so on are all diet plans, or diets. A diet program is typically a paid service. It usually includes a structured, detailed plan, along with a full menu, community support, coaching, etc. Not all of them offer these additional perks (beyond the "training" itself)... but many do. I've based these rankings on the quality of the training, the soundness (as in "common sense") of the advice, and actual customer (and other online) reviews and testimonials. I do my best to remain unbiased throughout this report. To start off with, I'd like to just acknowledge that many diet programs receive negative reviews... and some (like Red Tea Detox) are all-out scams that use stock photos as the "product creator" images... as well as testimonial images. So we want to avoid these. Aside from the program I just mentioned, I won't be calling anyone else out. Just know that, if a diet program didn't make this top 5 list, you're really buying it at your own risk. Alright, so let's move on with the GOOD diet programs, which I will list in countdown style, from #5 to #1... you know, to preserve anticipation. ;) Ready? Let's begin...

It's a cleansing program created by fitness guru Thomas DeLauer, but one that doesn't revolve around juicing or hardcore fasting. The right foods at the right time. It's about making your body responsive. It's a 7-day natural health cleanse that will help you drop some good weight quickly, while simultaneously setting yourself up for success with any other diet plan that you choose to go with afterward. It's said to give you the dramatic, speedy results of the ketogenic diet, but without the deprivation, deficiencies, and side effects that tend to accompany keto. 7 This program teaches a very specific type of intermittent fasting; the type that the creator, Brad Pilon has studied all the way to the graduate level. It's great for both men and women, and doesn't include any type of strict dietary adherence. You can effectively work this plan from anywhere... and all it requires of you is a slight amount of self-control during your times of fasting, as well as responsible eating while not fasting. Again, it doesn't advocate for any type of crash diet or macro-nutrient ratios per se, but it's still a good idea not to willingly overeat or fill up on processed junk.
