25 Impact of health check on behaviour (WIT 2010) N= 202 in 3 companies 50% of the participants had at least one cardiovascular risk factor. Only 9% of those with risk factors reported having a previous personal history of heart disease. 22% obese; 39% overweight 43% reported being referred to their GP and by 12 weeks post health check, over half at 54% had attended their GP 7 people received medical intervention; others still waiting for results. 71% of respondents at week 12 reported modifying their health related behaviours to some degree.
