Includes full-text coverage of the New York Times back to Updated daily. Cambridge Journals Online Provides access to full text journals in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. Contemporary Women's Issues Provides full text access to global information on women. Journals, newsletters, research reports from non- profit groups, government and international agencies, along with fact sheets are easily accessed through CWI. Information on women in over 150 countries is compiled in a single collection bringing together such disciplines as sociology, psychology, health, education and human rights. Criminal Justice Periodical Index CJPI focus primarily on practical issues in crime prevention and deterrence, juvenile delinquency, police issues, and courtroom procedures, but users will find a number of highly respected theoretical journals as well. ProQuest's CJPI database is updated weekly for the most timely information on a number of issues concerning criminal justice professionals--issues like domestic violence, alternative sentencing, drug addiction and abuse, divorce and divorce settlements, forensic science, and so much more.
3 EBSCO Academic Search Premier contains: full text for nearly 4,450 scholarly publications; abstracts and indexing for over 7,888 scholarly journals (6,654 peer reviewed) with many dating back to 1975; scholarly collection providing full text journal coverage for nearly all academic areas of study - including social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts and literature, medical sciences, and ethnic studies, etc. GenderWatch A full-text collection of international journals, magazines, newsletters, regional publications, special reports and conference proceedings devoted to women's and gender issues. The database provides in-depth coverage of the subjects that are uniquely central to women's daily lives, including family, childbirth, birth control, daycare, domestic abuse, work and the workplace, sexual harassment, aging, aging parents, body image, eating disorders and social and societal roles. Handbook of Latin American Studies Contains records describing books, book chapters, articles, and conference papers published in the field of Latin American studies, edited by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress. Coverage includes relevant books as well as over 1,350 social science and 550 humanities journals and volumes of conference proceedings published worldwide. Human Population and Natural Resource Management The database deals with issues arising from the conflict between the ever-increasing population of the Earth and the Earth's limited environmental and natural resources. Human Population and Natural Resource Management explores human population and demography topics, as well as societal issues involving natural resource management.
