1 IMS PATIALA Dr. Balwinder Kaur, Chapter Secretary, Patiala Chapter 10th February 2018 Reaching The Unreach A health awareness camp; Checkup Camp was organized on 10/2/18 at Sub Centre Pasiana,Distt Patiala (Village adopted by Patiala Menopause Society).About 72 Perimenopausal & Postmenopausal women were enrolled.history, examination by Gynaecologists,Orthopaedics,Eye & Medical Specialists done.height,weight,bmi,abdominal circumference,bp, Pulse,RBS,Cancer screening done. 24 Cervical Pap smear were taken.health awareness talk was given regarding diet,exercise,walking,yoga and need for health checkups.women were shown local language Health awareness Module in Punjabi via Projector. Medicines were distributed to patients like Iron,Calcium,Pain killer & Eye drops. 5th February 2018 MHCC IMS Varishta Mahilla Swasthya Yojna awareness Camp was organized by Patiala Menopause Society on , in Dept. of OBGY and Gynae GMC, Patiala. A total of 40 Perimenopaused and Menopausal Peramedical Women were exained. Pap smear, Breast examination and Counseling for Health life style were done in all women. Patients were given, Calcium, Vitamin D3 and other required medicines. Services of associated specialties Medicine, Orthopedics, Eye and Pathology were also utilized

2 9 th January 2018 Reaching the Unreach Preliminary Visit tothe Village Pasiana District. Patiala adopted by Patiala Menopause Society under the program. "Reaching the unreached coping with Midlife Crisis". Made on 9/1/18. About 25 perimenopausal and Postmenopausal women attended. Health awareness talk was given. Services to be provided in forthcoming camp discussed with them.

3 5 TH December 2017 IMS MHCC 5th IMS Varishta Mahilla Swasthya Yojna awareness Camp was organized by Patiala Menopause Society on , in Dept. of OBGY and Gynae GMC, Patiala. A total of 48 Perimenopaused and Menopausal Peramedical Women (Sister, Staff Nurses, Ward Attendants, Safai Sewaks and other women) were exained. BMD, BMI, Pap smear, Breast examination and Counseling for Health life style were done in all women. Patients were given, Calcium, Vitamin D3 and other required medicines. Services of associated specialties Medicine, Orthopedics, Eye and Pathology were also utilized.

4 29 th November 2017 IMS QUIZ A Quiz on Perimenopausal bleeding was conducted in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology, Govt Medical College, Patiala on 29th Nov, 2017 from am to 2 pm under the chairmanship of Patron, Co- founder Dr. Manjit Kaur Mohi, as per guidelines of IMS. Twenty Nine (29) post graduate students participated in the same. Dr. Sujata, Dr. Vishav, Dr. Navneet, Dr. Gurpreet were selected after the written round of Quiz. Dr. Sujata won the Quiz and has been nominated for the national Quiz for the annual conference of IMS, to be held at Gurugram in Febraury 2018.

6 5 TH September 2017 IMS MHCC 5 TH August 2017 IMS MHCC Ims Patiala have conducted Varishtha Mahila Swasthya Yojana on and about 40 women counslled and examined in Gynae Dept, Rajindra Hospital Patiala. These were the opportunist patients enrolled from the relatives of indoor patients and OPD patients.
