3 Universal Spine System (USS) The Synthes USS product portfolio is based on more than 15 years of successful collaboration with key1 deformity surgeons and Synthes engineering expertise. The continuous evolution and development of USS followed the concept of a side opening head implant and the philosophy of the segmental spine correction.
