5 P a g e 5 Leading stressors of Mental Stress Shamoon Noushad & Syed Zain Azher Advance Educational Institute & Research Centre Psychophysiology research division Abstract Intellectual tasks, execution of working and ability to deal with circumstances where decision making and cognition is involved are the reason of mental stress; these all stressors can strike human brain during Academic Activity or at Work Place. As both of these have been emerged as critical issues in terms of load and multitasking that can lead to burnout, poor performance and other health complaints. However mental stress may also arise due to the increase academic demands, adjusting to a new curriculum, parental pressure, institutional situations or desire to get into a superior position that make it difficult at times for the students to cope. These stressors initiate many memory and cognition pathways involving higher cortical and limbic areas. The continuous exposure to these stressors alters brain activity and response to response hormones results in disoriented behaviors and exhaustion in thought processes.

6 P a g e 6 Mental strain; indications & health penalties Sadaf Ahmed Advance Educational Institute & Research Centre Health Science research division Abstract The unmanaged stress is huge and increasing threat along with unawareness of its indicators results in declining wellbeing status. Mental stress is an inimitable sort of stress build up by strain and chores related activity in brain. The penalties can be of multiple sorts that are both acute and chronic depending on the exposure and intensities of demands. Mainly it has been explored the symptoms marked as characteristic features includes forgetfulness and memory problems, loss of concentration, fuzzy perception, poor judgment, disorganized, confused, trouble thinking clearly, Lack of interest, diminished fantasy life, Math errors, mental mistakes, Negative self-talk, muttering to oneself, mentally replaying negative events over and over. These continuous symptoms can develop into many mental and physical health problems, such as depression, heart disease, dementia, diabetes and other chronic illnesses. However job strain, high demands coupled with low decision-making latitude, academic pressure also vary with difference in personality types and attitudes towards those strains and can be overcome by opting positive attitudes, practicing intellectual activities and changes in practices to deal with worries

7 P a g e 7 Keep moving manage your time pressures Syed Azher Abbas Naqvi & Sadaf Ahmed GEO- Television Network Advance Educational Institute & Research Centre Health Science research division Abstract Extraordinary & impromptu schedule at all times led us towards stress that can disrupt our efforts and distress living. By learning well organized coping strategies, you can pass through stressful situations without wrecking our well-being. Management of time, ourselves and prioritize work that is important but not urgent can be helpful in significant ways. Though this is hard to do on any given day, it is the only way to ensure you are making progress towards your own goals and dreams, instead of merely reacting to what other people throw at you by encircle your attention and getting yourself in the right state of mind. As we get things off our mind we automatically enabled our minds to forget about mental pressures and give our full consideration to our work and tasks to be done in the moment that will be fruitful in creative work, number of commitments. Good time management includes good self-management to find our losing path, remind what we are doing by remembering our goals and things into perspective.

8 P a g e 8 How to manage mental stress Asma Makhani University of Tuft Abstract Stress management session will be about helping participants to understand how to respond to their work related or academic related stresses in their daily life.
