17 Imp.Ac.T - Improving Access to HIV/TB testing for marginalised groups, Fondazione Villa Mariani onlus (IT), EC co-funding ,00 Methodology The project consists of three phases: 1) Development of common tools and methodology for HIV and TB testing among PDUs and migrant DUs; 2) Implementation of HIV and TB tests in low-threshold services for the target population; 3) Comparative analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of such intervention. Results so far: Training manual on HIV/TB rapid testing of DUs/migrants in low-threshold services Implementation of HIV and TB testing in outreach low threshold services

Proposal on establishing a Health for Growth Programme, the third multi-annual programme of EU action in the field of health for the period SO3: Identify, disseminate and promote up-take of validated best practices for cost-effective prevention measure by addressing key risk factors, namely smoking, abuse of alcohol and obesity, as well as HIV/AIDS, with a focus on the cross border dimension in order to prevent diseases and promote good health.
