10 Applying Direction ( Direction 1 ) Hydration 1) Put Ceracare AC45 into water. If the water phase contains some kinds of polyol, the hydration step would be easier. Ceracare AC45 Homogenizer Heating 2) Heat it to 75 while mixing gradually. 3) At 75, agitate it for 10 mins(h/m 5000rpm). 4) If it becomes a clear milky color, the hydration step is succeeded. 5) After checking whether the hydration be done well, add other ingredients into the water phase to solute or emulsify or just cool down it. Purified Water Hot Plate Caution: If the temperature of the water is too high when you put Ceracare, the hydration would not be done well, so some micro particles would be shown.
