Invisalign Quick Start Guide. ClinCheck plan review. Dedicated to help you treat with confidence.
Treatment plans review. Tips tricks. ClinCheck software is required to review all treatments. Install ClinCheck software from the IDS. ClinCheck software should be installed on all computers you plan to use/access for patient records, treatment planning and patient consultation purposes. Download the latest version of ClinCheck Software. Go to vip.invisalign.com Go to Support tab, and then to the Technical Support subtab. Download the latest version of the ClinCheck software. Procedure. Check the initial bite. Check the animation and the Staging tab. Check the Coents tab. Check the Treatment tab Check the final position. ( especially the tooth movement assessment - see section 8).
ClinCheck treatment plan changes. After reviewing your ClinCheck treatment plan, you may want to incorporate some modifications. Go to the Changes tab and follow the steps below to make adjustments directly on the -D model by using the -D Controls and/or combine this with text coents to your Align technicians.. Switch ON the -D Controls:. Use the -D Controls to make adjustments directly on the -D model. When you make an adjustment on the -D model, the whole dentition will automatically adjust in response, and coents will be auto-generated in the Coents tab. Any modification made on the -D model with -D Controls can be undone or reset at any time before submitting changes. Tooth adjustments -D Control. Use this -D Control to make adjustments to the final position of individual teeth. With the tooth adjustments -D Control activated, click on the tooth that you want to adjust, choose the tooth motion button (extrusion/intrusion, translation, rotation, crown angulation, root torque, crown tip), and click and drag on the motion axis to adjust the tooth position. Fig. Tooth adjustment on the -D model Tip: By right-clicking on any tooth on the -D model you can lock and keep it on a particular position, or designate it as unmovable for the duration of the treatment (e.g., crowns, implants). IPR space management -D Control. With this -D Control you can adjust IPR and spacing for specific contacts. After clicking on the IPR -D Control, you have options: Auto adjust: to get IPR and space automatically adjusted as you make changes on the -D model (this is the default option) Keep current: to preserve the current IPR configuration No IPR option: to remove all existing IPR. Fig. -D model with IPR -D Control activated Tip: Remember that, in addition to the main IPR options, you can choose to manually manage IPR and spacing (lock/unlock, increase/decrease) between two specific teeth directly on the -D model.
ClinCheck treatment plan changes. Posterior arch expansion contraction -D Control. This -D Control allows you to make adjustments on posterior arch width. With this -D Control you can expand or contract posterior arches. You can choose to expand or contract upper arch only lower arch only both arches Fig. -D model while performing arch adjustments Tip: While making adjustments with this -D Control, same as for any adjustment you make on the -D model, don t forget to use the different views to optimize your changes and see how the dentition adjust in response. Attachments Precision Cuts -D Control. Use this -D Control to manage attachments and Precision Cuts directly on the -D model. Add conventional attachments and Precision Cuts by dragging and dropping to the tooth of choice. To remove attachments and Precision Cuts drag them to the trashcan. You can also adjust the placement of conventional attachments and the mesial/distal position of Button Cutouts directly on the -D model. Fig. Attachments and Precision Cuts on the -D model Tip: Remember that with this -D Control activated, you can also rotate conventional attachments, and change the size, prominence and degree of beveling of rectangular attachments by clicking directly on the attachment... Complete your changes with text coents if needed. Remember, be precise: Give a goal: Indicate a detailed description of your goal, including tooth/teeth number, arch, from which view, etc. e.g: Align the buccal surface of upper right central with the buccal surface of upper left central. Specify how you want to achieve your goal: Thoroughly describe the type, amount, and direction of the desired movement. e.g: Apply degrees distal-in rotation on upper right first molar. Avoid general terms and itemize your instructions: Be specific, avoid the use of general terms such as improve, fix or close the space. Once you have finished modifying the ClinCheck treatment plan with -D Controls and/or text coents, submit your changes to Align. The ClinCheck treatment plan will be updated to reflect your instructions and will be accessible on your IDS within 8-7h.
Tooth movement assessment. Purpose. The Invisalign tooth movement assessment provides guidance in identifying more significant movements present in the ClinCheck treatment plan, and skills that may be needed for the treatment. 6 Tooth movement assessment. Tooth movement colour. Blue Moderate movements. The movements prograed have shown good results with the use of aligners and at times, benefit from additional techniques like the ones noted to the right; closer monitoring is recoended. Treatment management. Additional Aligners/refinement may be needed. Black Advanced movements. The movements prograed have shown good results with the use of aligners, but often require additional orthodontic techniques as they are more challenging to achieve with the use of aligners alone; very close monitoring is recoended. Treatment management. Additional Aligners/refinement may be needed. Blue and Black Additional options. Change ClinCheck treatment plan to remove the specific movements and/or change treatment goal. May result in a compromised ClinCheck treatment plan. Post-Invisalign restorative solutions may be considered as part of the treatment plan. Notes: If a Provider requests to remove or change a default attachment that has been automatically placed according to the Invisalign Clinical Protocols, the tooth/teeth will be identified as blue or black and may require additional clinical skills and close monitoring.
