2 Community Resource Listing WellStar West Georgia Medical Center 2016 Community Resource Directory Members of the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center team created this Community Resource Directory in response to a need identified through the health system s 2013 Community Health Needs Assessment. With more than 75 categories and 650 resources identified, this directory is intended to be a comprehensive and inclusive list of social-, child-, behavior- and health-related services offered throughout Troup County and beyond. It is possible that some services or organizations were inadvertently overlooked during the development of this directory.
