Being able to have guidance from someone who has already walked the path you are only beginning is a great feeling. At this conference I was greatly inspired by the stories of successful physicians in the Latino community. Because they came from humble backgrounds and overcame hardships throughout their journey of completing their dreams of becoming a physician, I am motivated to continue my career path.
