1 377 A Hcy PCR-RFLP MS A 2756 G Hcy Hcy Hcy P<0.05 MS A 2756 G P>0.05 MS A 2756 G Hcy R544.1 A DOI: /j.cnki.issn x X RELATIONSHIP OF HOMOCYSTEINE AND ITS METABOLIC ENZYME GENES POLYMORPHISMS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION IN MONGOLIANS JIA Hai-yu CAO Zhong-chao LI Chang-qing Department of Health Affiliated Hospital Inner Mongolia Medical University Hohhot China Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasm homocysteine Hcy level as well as methionine synthase A 2756 G MS A 2756 G polymorphisms and essential hypertension in Mongolians.Methods A total of 165 Mongolian pations with essential hypertension Mongolian hypertension group and 150 Mongolian normal controls control group were detected the gene polymorphisms of methionine synthase A 2756 G by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism technique.the level of plasma Hcy was measured by enzymoimmunoassay.result The plasma Hcy s lever in hypertension group was significantly higer than that in control group P< 0.05 and in the both of the hypertension group and the control group the lever of the plasma Hcy was different in sex.the males level was higer than the females P <0.05. The distribution of genotypic MS A
