Iron Folic Acid 2015: 935 M tabs (pack of 100 tabs) 2016: 335 M tabs (pack of 100 tabs) ORS-Zinc Co-Pack 2014: 1.8 M packs 2016: 13.4 M packs (sources in India, Bangladesh, Kenya and Nigeria) Amoxicillin DT 2014: 8.5 M pneumonia treatments 2016: 16.8 M pneumonia treatments. Supply to 34 countries Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) 2016: 33,418 MT procured (2.4 M cartons). 14 out of 18 manufacturers and 56% of procurement in programmecountries.

9 Nutrition Strategy To ensure availability of therapeutic food(rutf, F75/100), supplementaryfood(rusf, CSB+), micronutrients(mnp, iron, zinc), anthropometricequipment(muacs, boards, scales) and other nutrition supplies (salt iodization, food fortification); To increase number of sourcesof quality and affordable Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) globally and locally; To develop technical capacity to evaluate nutrition products; To set up arrangements (LTAs) for direct deliveries (food items) and warehouse stock (anthropometric equipment, micronutrients); To support emergencyresponseto nutritional crisis (natural disasters: droughts, floods, earthquakes, typhoons) To improve capacity to plan (forecast) and manage supplies in countries.
