7 Antibac Z Bactericide of general use Fluid liquid Yellowish Ditiocarbonateds substances compound It is a bactericide, which prevents damage and losses caused by the attack. It s soluble in water, biodegradable, easy to apply and fully compatible with almost all auxiliary products in the leather industry. Due to its special combination of active substances, it has a wide range of action, covering fungi, bacteria and yeasts. Ph: 9-10 It does not remove any damages caused before the soaking by deficiencies in the preservation during the storing and transportation of the unworked leather. During the soaking, it works as a preservative, preventing microbial spread, rot and loss of hair and wool. Soaking The dosage depends on the amount of dirt, the temperature and the soaking time. It s advisable to add Antibac Z directly to the soaking water, even before starting the process. It must be noticed that the product spreads quickly and homogeneously (for example, for a sufficient soaking length, add in diluted form). Antibac Z must not get in contact with metals, especially copper and its alloys, in order to prevent any possible coloration. Properly stored in closed original containers, it has a stability of 1 year. Under +10ºC some parts of the product may crystallise. However, these parts can be dissolved again by heating at temperature. Sensitive to temperatures under +5ºC. Pre-wash: 0,05-0,10%. Pre-soaking and soaking: 0,15-0,25% Usage:

8 Bactol EG Dehairing amino auxiliary agent. Fluid liquid Colourless to yellowish Secondary amine derivative At the beginning of the liming operation contributes to a good unhairing property, with a specific action on the hair root. The use of Bactol EG. makes possible the sulphide reduction in a substantial rate. Leathers treated with Bactol EG. are flat and the wrinkled areas (bellies and neck) are really improved (more square feet). Bactol EG. can be used in the painting for dehairing sheepskins and goatskins, to get flat pelts, with low swelling and very fine grain. It accelerates the penetration of lime and sulphide, this improves the breaking of sulphur linkages and the removal of hair-roots, and allows excellent stretching of growth marks.
