Results X -ray and CT showed lesion or irregular cystic lesions of bone destruction with sand or popcorn like calcification without cortical bone destruction some showed typical signs of Scallop in Shell syndrome.mri showed lobulated or rosette like hybrid T2 hybrid T1 signal change in short T2 signal and after enhanced scanning showed inhomogeneous mild enhancement lesion with clear boundary. Conclusion The untypical enchondroma has the typical clinical and imaging features combined with the comprehensive analysis of various examination methods is helpful for its accurate qualitative diagnosis.
