1 Any Qualified Provider Adult (over 6) Direct Access MSK Physiotherapy Service Directory On the nd September 03 8 new Physiotherapy providers will commence delivering direct access musculoskeletal services to patients registered in North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group. This service directory provides a brief overview of each provider in order to assist patients in choosing where they wished to be referred. Nick McGrath and Neil Cook (Healthshare s Founders) met while studying for a Clinical Master s Degree and, having worked for many years in both the NHS and Private Practice, wanted to bring high quality physiotherapy, with private service values and experience, to the NHS.
