We have a passionate ethos for not just treating pain but to also encourage people to realise their personal healthier horizon through self-management of nutritional, postural and exercise requirements. By building effective long-term relationships with our patients we support them and they trust us in what we call our: - Move Well, Eat Well and Think Well philosophy.

What we do Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession that specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and management of the nervous system and hence the overall health of the patient.

It does not simply focus on the symptoms of the pain but reviews the body as a whole in order to identify the root cause of the problem. An improvement in mobility and a relief in pain through manipulation encourages the body s own natural ability to heal itself. Our highly skilled team work together offering treatments for our patients enabling us to provide a combination of Chiropractic, Rehabilitation programmes, a variety of Massage Therapy and Reflexology. This enables patients to be treated for an extensive range of conditions such as: back pain, whiplash, headache and migraine, shoulder and arm pain, leg, knee and ankle discomfort, posture correction and sports injuries.

Our massage therapists are qualified in a range of techniques offering sports and deep-tissue massage, pre-and post-race treatments, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage as well as a signature Neal s Yard Remedies body treatment and Hopi ear candling. Our Reflexologist likes to let the feet do the talking and getting better is achieved through healing the whole: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of self. Celebrating our 10-year milestone in 2017, Creative Chiropractic has grown to encompass the principle discipline of Chiropractic, along with sports and therapeutic massage, rehabilitation and exercise programmes and Reflexology. We have a diverse and varied patient base, comprising of individuals from all walks of life and ages and from a variety of occupational backgrounds. Our goal is to work with them to improve their lifestyle.

6 Massage Menu Deep Tissue Massage This technique focuses on deeper layers of muscles, tendons and fascia (connective tissue). It releases chronic muscle tension and muscle fibres whilst relaxing and soothing the muscle. Deep tissue massage is therapeutic, corrective and can release toxins to help the flow of oxygen, nutrients and with general circulation. This massage can be full body or focused on specific muscle groups. Sports Injury Massage Hands-on techniques are used in Sports Massage to manipulate the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the body to prevent or improve sports injuries. Sports Massage combines a variety of techniques including trigger pointing, stretching and mobilising. A specific therapy for pain relief and injury management. Pre/Post Race Treatments Pre-race treatments will help increase flexibility and reduce risk of injury. Post-race massage will help your body along with the recovery process. Treatment may include stretches and home care up to and after the race depending on your needs. RockTape RockTape is also known as kinesiology tape. While the use of kinesiology tape is often associated with athletes, medical professionals have been using it to alleviate a wide variety of ailments, for example Plantar Fasciitis, lower back issues and postural correction, not just sports injuries. Manual Lymphatic Drainage A whole-body technique is used combining very gentle pressure with a soft pumping movement in the direction of the lymph nodes. The reason for this light pressure is because the lymph vessels are superficial and too much pressure is thought to close these vessels and stop circulation. This process allows the blood and lymph circulation to remove the waste and distribute nutrients and oxygen back around the body.

Pregnancy Massage A relaxing massage designed for mums-to-be who are 12 or more weeks pregnant. This massage is received lying on your side or back with cushions for comfort and support.

Patients often feel inspired to get out more and explore an environment just on their doorstep, which they just never quite made it to before or it has rekindled memories of childhood visits. PPQM Award The Practice has achieved the Royal College of Chiropractors Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) for The PPQM is awarded to Practices who demonstrate through their procedures and practices how they achieve the high criteria set for meeting Patient expectations.
