2 AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS Every treatment combines sophisticated massage and skin care techniques with use of exclusive, scientifically advanced products: natural ingredients of the highest quality and purity: blends of essential oils and plant extracts, Ayurvedic herbs selected for their specific properties and applied in function of the guest s individual needs. ABHYANGA (60 min) A traditional full body Ayurvedic massage, specially designed to give personalized wellbeing to each type of person. It has a rejuvenating and replenishing effect from head to toe. KIZHI (50 min) Special swabs filled with Ayurvedic herbs and soaked in hot oil, massage the entire body giving complete muscle relaxation. This massage brings discipline, self confidence and vitality. SHIRODHARA (50 min) A precious treatment ideal for people whose minds are overworked and suffer from insomnia. After a full body soft massage, a pleasant blend of warm oils is poured over the third eye area and forehead.
