Our priority is to accommodate all your medical requirements within 24 or 48 hours from your phone call. Private prescription service is also available. Fees: 100 (on site, initial consultation), 90 (follow up consultation), 140 (home or hotel visits within M25, 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Fri). Specialist Consultants Do you need to see a specialist for a specific health concern? We can arrange a consultation for you at short notice (24-48 hrs) with one of our specialist consultants. You do not necessarily need to have a referral latter in place to be seen by one of our specialists although several procedures like biopsies or functional tests do require a referral letter. If needed, blood samples, diagnostic imaging and functional tests are performed on site. This screen is suitable for men and women of any age and aims to identify a medical condition before it gets out of control. Results are totally confidential (as all our services) and we basically recommend having this screen done on annual basis. Tests for liver and kidney function, lipid balance and blood counts, are included. Only one blood sample is required for all tests. Reports are posted or ed within 24 hours (or same day if urgent) and include a diagnostic comment in lay language. Diagnostic Tests and Profiles Clinicheck is offering a complete range of about 1000 diagnostic tests and about 60 profiles and screens specifically designed to diagnose a new condition or to monitor an existing one. You do not need a referral letter to book yourself in for a diagnostic test or profile however, some specific functional tests may require a referral letter to be provided. You may experience symptoms linked to your life style (dietary habits etc.) or to an underlying condition that you are not aware of. We work closely together with medical consultants and use the latest available technologies to address your nutrition-specific concerns. In addition, specific advice is offered to address fertility and conception, menopausal syndrome and children obesity (from year 8). A 1 to 1 phone consultation with a new or a registered patient is required. All your private prescription requirements can be discussed with one of our GMC-registered physicians. Clinicheck has the medical infrastructure in place to consider prescription requests across all medical specialities and all conditions. To request a private prescription you need to do the following: 1. Call (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm), telling that you want to discuss a prescription. 2. You will be asked for your name, telephone number (mobile or landline). One of our physicians will call you back (within 15 minutes from the time of your call) to discuss your requirement. If calling from abroad, please be aware, we only call back landline numbers. 3. ou will be told if your request has been approved or not. You will also be told the total cost of the transaction, including shipping fees. Our dispensing chemists can ship prescribed medications world wide. 4. You will be asked to pay via a debit or credit card. We may approve repeated prescriptions when treatment duration can take more than 4 weeks. We do not ship medications to the same postal address more than once every calendar month. We also do not ship medications to PO Boxes or to business addresses.

5 Occasionally we may ask you to us or fax a script or other medical certificates you have had at the past from your doctor, in order to consider your requirement. We may ask you to us prescriptions you have had at the past. Use privateprescriptions@clinicheck.com or fax them to ( from outside the UK). Clinicheck is not offering private prescriptions for controlled medications via an online or phone consultation. A face to face consultation with our physicians is required for controlled medications to be prescribed (subject to a diagnosis justifying such a medication). Controlled medications cannot be shipped in the UK or abroad. Fees: Medical consultation is offered at no charge. You will pay for your medications and shipping charges only. Diagnostic Pharmacy Have a health screen or check up done at your local Pharmacy Clinicheck has partnered with 160 pharmacies across London, Essex and Kent where you can get a health screen done or to take all blood tests required to monitor an existing medical condition. You may discuss your concerns with Clinicheck s medical staff and then go to a pharmacy near your home for a blood sample, without wasting time to travel or to wait for an appointment. If you are interested in a single test and not in a profile or screen, visit to see our complete range of tests and prices. Blood samples are taken in Pharmacy s consultation room and all your concerns are addressed in strict confidentiality by Clinicheck s staff.
