Player Pool Selections/Tryouts All players interested in trying out at Lakeland Futbol Club s travel program must register online @ lakelandfc.org if you do not have access to a computer we can assist you through an appointment with our operations manager stephanie@lakelandfc.org Proceeding your tryout registration you will be pooled to your new calendar year. You must attend that particular tryout unless otherwise notified by the. As previously communicated we are assessing the abilities of players and doing our utmost to place players appropriately. This is coach/director driven and not achieved through parental requests. As is standard during tryouts there are no guarantees with player selection/placement. Staff Additions As is found further in this informational packet you will see that we have hired a Girls Director on a part-time basis as well as a Boys Lead Trainer. Both of these positions will provide additional support to coaches and high level training sessions within their respective genders. We are in the processes of screening applicants for the role of to enhance, educate and maximize player performance on and off the field. We believe that these additional positions will greatly enhance our coaching education and ultimately catalyze player development. As many of you are aware the Board have also taken the decision to hire a full-time operations manager to enhance our administrative output. We will have a full biography page available on our coach s before 2016 season kicks off.
