WELCOME Plan to attend the most comprehensive one-day vascular symposium in British Columbia. Each year, we gather our vascular community for the benefit of primary care physicians, OR nurses, ward nurses and residents. This year we have broadened our reach beyond vascular surgery and nursing with practitioners from cardiac surgery, sports cardiology, physiatry, and lymphatic massage coming together to discuss treatment of vascular patients. This full day CME program will also include critical updates for arterial aortic aneurysms and occlusive disease, venous disease, and management of chronic wounds. This year's featured speaker is Dr. Husain Khambati, a staff surgeon at Abbotsford Hospital, who will speak on Navigating the Vascular Community: Perspectives from a New Surgeon". Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments, access to all lectures, two hands-on sessions, and a wrap up reception where you can network with friends, new acquaintances, and speakers.
