Rochester High School s 6 th Annual Friends of the Falcons Gala Saturday, March 9, 2019 6:30 PM Dear Falcon Friend, Thank you so much for stepping up to create a donation package or collect items for the Gala auctions and/or raffle. Your efforts are invaluable and very much appreciated! To help our process run smoothly, please follow these guideline requests: When you decide what your intended theme or donation will be, please contact me to let me know what you are working on. I will not hold you to it if you change your mind, but I get several requests from others asking if people are already working on certain baskets or donations, so it will help us to have well-rounded offerings if I can answer those questions. As you obtain donations from businesses, please be sure to complete a donation form for each business. In cases when you combine donations from multiple businesses, you should have multiple donation forms for the package. This is the only way we will know who to thank in the program and at the event. Complete the Basket Content Card this is a summary of the entire donation from you, so if it s a package, please list the contents and the approximate value. Please also indicate if any of the items were donated and by whom as well as who coordinated the donation i.e. Varsity Football Team, the Smith Family, Sue Jones, etc. When you are finished coordinating your donation, you can either bring it to Rochester High School or contact Sally Anglim (248-420-5276) to arrange a drop-off. Please turn in all donations by February 22 so that your group and donors will be given recognition in the event program. Include all donation forms and the basket content card. We hope you will join us at the event! Tickets are on sale now. If you reserve your space by January 9, you can take advantage of the Early Bird ticket price of $50 per person.
