What We Have Been Working On The conference team has been exploring the uncharted territory of the weekend s finer details! Event insurance has been secured and hotels are in the process of being secured. Entertainment was tweaked to maximize fun by adding a board game room on Friday night! Our webinar chair, Griffin Melson, has been supervising the creation of our first webinar which will be available in the coming months! Grant VonderHaar, our technology chair, has been working very closely with our marketing and branding chairs to make the forthcoming website as dazzling as any gemstone. Travel Arrangements Rolla, Missouri is located about an hour and a half southwest of St. Louis International Airport (STL). Shuttles will be making trips to and from STL and will be available upon request of your delegation, but do not wait to tell us if you want these accommodations! If you plan to drive, we are accessible from the north via US 63 and from the east and west via I-44. Once you arrive, you will have access to complimentary parking on campus and at your hotel. You will check in at the lobby of the Comfort Suites and shuttle buses will transport you wherever you need to go for the duration of the conference!
