It reduces the feelings of being short of breath and helps to manage symptoms better. People living with Dementia and their carers are very welcome to attend. 3.30-5.30pm 2.50

MARVA, our therapist for neck, shoulder and back massage, pedicure and manicure will be at the Clubs on Thursday 31 st May and during all our Wednesdays Clubs in May. Please call her to make an appointment: 07946 776 421 SHINIQUE, our reflexologist will be at the Settlement during our Thursday Lunch Clubs from 12.00pm. First come first served appointments. ERIKA, our hairdresser will be in the Settlement on Thursday 24 th May and on Friday 8 th June from 10.00am 2.00pm. Please note! The Settlement will be closed during the Bank holiday weekends. There won t be a Frank s Club on Monday 7 th May and 28 th May and no Sunday Lunch Club on 6 th May and 27 th May. Our Nightingales were invited to perform at the launch of the Picasso Exhibition at the Tate Modern last month. If you love singing and you are able to attend weekly rehearsals on Thursdays, please speak to Tina and join our singing group.
