We explore a mixture of low and high intensity routines to develop balance, flexibility and strength. No previous experience needed all abilities welcome. KNIT AND NATTER A group that does a lot more than what is in the name! CARIBBEAN ELDERS ASSOCIATION This group was originally set up, to create a supportive network for local Caribbean residents, but over time has developed into a multicultural crafts group that has regular social meals and trips out. CROMPTON WALKS Weekly Health History Walks Heritage of the Crompton Community celebrated through walking. Come and join the one hour walk around the local area, with pauses on each walk to tell you some interesting history facts. It s a great FREE way to get some exercise, socialize and learn something new. The walk leader will lead you around the area, telling you stories about the community and its buildings.
