TRACTOR TREK NEWSLETTER 2015 NUMBER 1 APRIL 2015 WELCOME Hello everyone and welcome to our first Tractor Trek Newsletter for 2015. We raised $54,000 for the Tractor Trek.I think one volunteer said that at times it was very stressful taking into account greater than expected crowd but hey we did it and look at the money we raised. FUNDS RAISED OR COMMITTED Total funds raised or committed at the time of writing are $142,000. Well done to all of you. This includes money raised at the camel races.lets keep going.

We will start at the Bathurst Showground and go to Rockley,Burraga,Black Springs before stopping overnight at Oberon. For those who want to camp we have made arrangements for you to do this at Oberon Showground. Dinner which will be held at the Showground will be provided by the Oberon Tigers Junior Rugby League Club. Morning and Afternoon Tea and lunch will be provided along the way. On the Saturday we will go to O Connell,Tarana,Rydal before stopping overnight at Lithgow. Again those who want to camp may do so at the showground. The dinner will be provided by Lithgow Lions Club and again will be held at the showground On the Sunday we will be going to Portland, Palmers Oakey and Limekiins before returning to Bathurst. We have made arrangements for those who have to leave trucks and cars to have them securely held at The Scots School Bathurst FEES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET PAID THEIR FOOD FEES OF $150,WE WOULD LIKE THEM PAID BY 31 JULY SO WE ARE NOT CHASING YOU AROUND AT THE LAST MINUTE. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORT CREW, OFFICIALS AND TRAFFIC MARSHALS WORKING WITH CHILDREN NUMBERS ALL PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING TRACTOR DRIVERS AND CREW,OFFICIALS AND TRAFFIC MARSHALLS MUST HAVE A CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDREN NUMBER.
