NEUMO 200 Oxytetracycline premix REG. SAGARPA Q-2083-044 FORMULA Each kg contains Oxytetracycline 200 g Excipient c.b.p.1000 g INDICATIONS For the treatment of diseases caused by germs sensitive to the action of oxytetracycline. PRESENTATIONS Sack with 25 Kg. ANTIBACTERIAL SPECTRUM It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is very active against gram-positive bacteria, it has an outstanding action on mycoplasmas and chlamydiae. Very sensitive bacteria: Mycoplasma gallicepticum Mycoplasma meleagridis Chlamydia psittaci Clostridium sp Haemophillus sp Pasteurella multocida Hemolytic Streptococcus B Moderately Sensitive Bacteria: E. coli Salmonella sp Corynebacterium DESCRIPTION Once absorbed, oxytetracycline binds with plasma proteins by 20%, this being a low binding percentage in relation to other tetracyclines (up to 65%). It has a half-life of approximately 7 to 11 hours and due to its lipophilic characteristics it is distributed through all the fluids and organic tissues, crosses placenta and fetal circulation.

ADVANTAGES NEUMO-200 vs. PURE SALES NEUMO 200 PURE SALES Guaranteed% purity Generally doubtful Thermostable Not thermostable Slightly hygroscopic Very hygroscopic Antistatic No (sticks in the mixer) Homogeneous mixture Not homogeneous DOSE Generally, Pneumo 200 can be used for pigs, poultry and cattle in the following 3 ways: 1) Preventive levels: The product can be delivered in depressive states or with low levels of defenses, in order to prevent illnesses following the stress states. 2) Healing levels: Treatment of diseases susceptible to the action of oxytetracycline. 3) Growth promoter: In birds, pigs and cattle. When adequate levels of Pneumo-200 are continuously administered, according to the supply tables, increases in growth and production are obtained, improving feed conversions.

USE IN SWINES. In pigs, the premix acts as a growth promoter when administered continuously. Also in the prevention of respiratory diseases and as a treatment for leptospirosis, mycoplasmosis and bacterial respiratory problems. DOSE OF PNEUMO 200 INDICATION PERIOD 250-300 g/ton Swines, as a promoter to increase weight gain and feed efficiency Continue 1 Kg/ton Treatment of diarrhea of piglets, bacterial enteritis, and salmonellosis. 1Kg/ton To maintain food intake and weight gain in the presence of atrophic rhinitis Continue 2-3 Kg/ton Pigs between 15-100 Kg treatment of leptospirosis, enzootic pneumonia, respiratory infections Leptospirosis 1 month Enzootic pneumonia and respiratory infections.

POULTRY USE. TAKE CONCENTRATION THE CALCIUM CONTENT OF THE RATION FOR THE OPTIMUM USE OF OXYTETRACICLINE. DOSE INDICATIONS TIME 2-2.5 Kg/ton Prevention and control of chronic respiratory 7-10 days disease 2-3 Kg/ton Treatment of infectious synovitis. 250-3200 g As a growth promoter 1 Kg /ton 2-3 Kg/ton Prevention of avian cholera. Treatment. Continuous during fattening Continuous 250-500g/ton To increase egg production, fertility and incubibility and quality of the shell. Continuous or 2 weeks per month. 500-1000 g/ton For the prevention of early mortality in chickens The first two weeks 2-3 Kg/ton Salmonellosis treatment 2-3 Kg/ton For the control of mycoplasmosis in breeders and layers 2-3 Kg/ton For the treatment of gangrenous dermatitis in broiler chicken and laying hen. 2-3 Kg/ton For the control of infectious coryza in laying hens 7 days once a month, from breaking posture to the end of posture (Simultaneous parenteral treatment). 250-300 g/ton In turkeys to increase weight gain egg production and hatchability Continuous 1 Kg/ton In turkeys for the control of hexamintiasis, blue crest and nonspecific enteritis 500-1000 g/ton In turkeys for the prevention of early mortality. The first 2 weeks of life.

Note: at a dose of 1 kg / ton or more, remove the medicated feed 5 days before slaughter. Doses less than 1 Kg / ton do not require withdrawal period.
