Membership Renewal Our new membership year begins on 1st May 2016 and ends on 30th March 2017. As the membership now stands at over 580 people, to renew all these members at the April/May meeting would be a formidable task hence we are beginning to take membership renewals for those who wish to at the February meeting. As promised earlier in the year our membership fee for the next U3A year will be 15 and this can be paid either by cash or cheque which should be made out to Beeston U3A. If you have any alteration to your Gift Aid status could you contact Margot Gale at margot.gale@hotmail.co.uk or inform her by post or at the open meeting.

Please let your Group Leader Know: 1. If you no longer wish to attend a Group. This will allow new members to join a Group with a waiting list. 2. If you have a reason why you can t get to Group meetings but still wish to be a member. Four nonnotified absences in a row will result in your name being removed from that group and the place open to someone else.

Email Address Changes Please, if you do change your email address inform your Group Leader, Margot Gale (Membership Secretary) and Marie Potts (newsletter). This is essential for us to communicate easily with you.

Calling All New Members! Coffee morning on Thursday 11 February at the White Lion, Beeston at 10:30. Meet members of the Committee and learn more about the Interest Groups.
