SAARC Regional Leading Diagnostic Laboratory The Government of India identified Project Directorate on Foot and Mouth Disease (PD-FMD) at Mukteswar as the regional leading laboratory The laboratory is already functioning as FAO Reference Centre and part of the Global FMD Laboratories Network 15
