2 COURSE CONTENT The Health Coach Training Program will cover a comprehensive spectrum of dietary theories and provide a holistic understanding of basic nutrition, foundational Integrative Nutrition concepts, expert coaching techniques, and all the business skills you ll need to build your own health coaching practice. Your syllabus will be released on a quarterly basis throughout the curriculum as we continue to develop cutting-edge content. COURSE STRUCTURE The program is comprised of 40 modules that cover Foundation and Guidance, Nutrition and Health, Coaching Skills, Primary Food, and Bonus Business materials. The beginning of the curriculum emphasizes nutrition, wellness, and personal transformation. Next, we introduce you to coaching skills and techniques, where we teach you how to effectively coach clients. Lastly, we provide Bonus Business materials for those who are interested in building a business. Each module will cover a variety of powerful topics and be followed by an assignment, a group discussion, and an optional quiz to gauge your individual comprehension. You will have four tests throughout the curriculum (one every 10 modules). You will be provided with a study guide for each test.
