Symptoms of heart disease may develop within 2 3 years of the onset of ED. Approximately 4 in 10 men over the age of 45 may have low testosterone, which is more common in men who are obese, diabetic, have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. Nearly 1 in 10 American men has some degree of urinary incontinence that can interfere with the active life he once enjoyed.
