A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Classes are two hours each and will be held weekly for 8 weeks. Plantation Aquatics Complex Water Aerobics Ages 18 & UP Water exercise classes offer a total body workout to improve muscle strength, flexibility and provide an efficient cardiovascular workout. Deep Water Aerobics is held in the diving well so that you do not come in contact with the bottom of the pool. A buoyancy belt is provided to all arms and legs to perform large movements against resistance in the water. Both classes are geared for beginner to advanced. No swimming skills are needed. USWFA Certified Instructor. Price includes $5 registration fee. SENIORS WELCOME. Ongoing. Class schedules and fee subject to change. Public computers are available with access to the Internet, printing, Microsoft Office, reference databases, and educational games. Wi-Fi is available in the adult public areas as well. Programs include Children s Story Hours, a Puppet Club, special children s entertainment, adult book discussion groups and literary events. Open play chess is held Fridays 5pm-7pm.
