Gut Flora Complex There are 2 options for getting the best results: 1 capsule twice daily, or 3 capsules twice daily on two consecutive days (Sat/Sun) Both options need to be continued for 6 to 10 weeks for optimal results If stronger support is required I sometimes give the patient a break of 2 to 3 weeks and then repeat For ongoing support, I repeat this program once or twice per year 37
Gut Flora Complex Additionally I recommend Prebiotic Inulin, Vitanox and in some cases I use ProSynbiotic Prebiotic Inulin, ¼ to ½ a teaspoon twice daily with water. Many months and years, not weeks I start patients at 2 tablets twice daily for 2 to 4 weeks Sometimes I use 2 tablets three times daily for the first 2 weeks, then reduce to twice daily for 2 weeks Gymnema is ideally taken 20 minutes before eating I recommend it taken with meals Long term usage is 1 tablet twice daily 41
