Physical Education Essential Learning Card/Yearly Plan Grades K- Assessed All Year III.I. Engage in moderate to vigorous activity most days of the week. III.I. Participate regularly in a variety of non-structured and minimally-organized physical activities outside of physical education class (i.e., ball play, tag, hide and seek, skipping, etc.). V.I.
