Meeting No 1980 Tuesday 20 th February 2018 RI President Ian H.S. Riseley District Governor Don Ripper Assistant Governor Bill Degnan Club President Andrew Bradley PRESIDENT S COLUMN Thanks to all those who helped pack the conference gift bags last Tuesday, along with help from Sale Club members and Helen from Maffra the 350 bags were all packed in about an hour, top effort and much appreciated by the District Conference organisers. Thanks also to those who helped out last week with the registration points and generally at the conference. I hope that some of you, even if you were not able to register, managed to catch some of the conference speakers and presentations whilst helping out. Next week is our next club planning night, I imagine that it will be mostly taken up by the upcoming Music Festival, our club s major annual event and source of fundraising. I believe that there will also be information on the night regarding the Sale Club s upcoming fun run event, which whilst on the same day as our Music Festival fishes just intake for participants to join us afterwards. If time permits, the floor will be opened to anyone that wishes to discuss or plan something for the good of the club. There will be a board meeting held afterwards. Keep our theme for this year in mind, Rotary: Making a Difference! ANDREW BRADLEY President
