Note that insurance only covers for loss, not damages. We pack our parcels so that they can withstand fairly intensive handling but we cannot guarantee or offer replacements for products damaged as a result of outright negligence by post office workers. The good news is that we have not experienced any problems of any nature, and as such, we feel that this service is both reliable and safe.
