Vital Voices promotes women s leadership as a driver for economic, political and social progress of communities through training sessions, mentoring and networking. Vital Voices Vital Voices Argentina is an NGO that was founded in 2009. In The United States, Vital Voices was founded in 1997 as an initiative of the First Lady, Hillary Clinton. At present, the network is based in 142 countries around different regions: Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East Our Task Our Vital Voices Argentine programs offer mentoring, training sessions and networking, as practical resources so that women can develop strategic planning, rely on their background and gain access to new opportunities.

Our Belief Investing in women leaders is what we believe in because they have the potential and feel responsible for driving society forwards with their vision and the example they set, for instance: creating opportunities, a cultural shift and accelerating progress. The investment made by Vital Voices is one of them, influencing thousands more. Our Achievements + 12,000 women leaders from various sectors are part of the Southern Cone network 250 young women were mentored by outstanding leaders + 8,000 women felt moved while attending the Annual Meetings in Buenos Aires and Cordoba. + 3,000 women joined the Global Mentoring Walk + 2,000 entrepreneurs and businesswomen enhanced their business projects through training sessions.

PROGRAMS

March 11, 2017 Global Mentoring Walks Mentoring walks are part of a global movement whereby millions of women gather simultaneously in different cities worldwide to celebrate International Women s Day. Its purpose is to highlight the importance of mentorship and networking. Worldwide + 117 walks in 60 countries around the world + 17,000 women around the world The Southern Cone + 10 walks organized by Vital Voices Argentina in the Southern Cone: Argentina (Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Corrientes, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán, Ushuaia) and Uruguay (Montevideo) + 1.000 women in the Southern Cone More Details

June November 2017 Mentoring Program Women Leaders in the Southern Cone The aim of this Program is to train, mentor and connect young women with leadership potential to make their vision a reality, to change surrounding culture, to receive global recognition and to pay it forward. + 30 mentors who are corporate, civil, political leaders and entrepreneurs in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile and Bolivia were involved. + 30 young women form various sectors with identifiable leadership potential. September 11 & 12, 2017 9th Annual Meeting and Lunch for Women Leaders The Vital Voices of the World We celebrated our 10th Vital Voices anniversary in Argentina at a meeting with over 1,200 women were invited to learn, connect and inspire each other. We counted with the special presence of Alyse Nelson, CEO & President of Vital Voices Global Partnership who shared with us details on the organization s history as well as the principles of the Vital Voices leadership model. Important figures were also present like the Buenos Aires Head of State: Horacio Rodríguez Larreta and we were told inspiring stories by Elsa Marie D Silva, Silvina Kuperman, Gala Díaz Langou, Florencia Yanuzzio, Xime Torres and María Gabriela Hoch. SPECIAL INITIATIVES

Transformative Women Leaders Baring in mind our aim at offering training sessions and resources that may enable solid projects, major leadership potential and impact, DISCO (as part of its Social and Corporate Responsibility Program) along with Vital Voices joined to give way to the Transformative Women Leaders initiative through a set of training sessions that concluded this week whereby 60 women with entrepreneurial and leadership attributes in Buenos Aires and Córdoba- were able to strength their business ideas and increase their impact and leadership. Self empowerment Over 300 women participated in Workshops on Leadership for key women in the neighborhoods of Lomas de Zamora, La Matanza, José C. Paz, San Martín, Hurlingham with the aim of prompting empowerment and leadership of women in combination with civil society organizations. The initiative was led by the Social Responsibility Corporate Division regulated by the Ministry of Social Development of the Buenos Aires Province together with Vital Voices Argentina. Weaving Our Own Space The project named Weaving Our Own Space that is led by Matriarcado and Vital Voices consists of workshops with integral training sessions for the knitting trade as well as leadership resources for women in various communities based on a full empowerment model. The goal is to ignite these women and release in their own communities a real change on a personal realm as regards cooperation, solidarity, creativity and participation and also to create the invisible social networks that are weaved, capable of modifying supernaturally the lives of its participants or those involved. Participation at events Vital Voices Argentina participates in events of national interest that correlate with the organization s mission.
