Ubier-Str. / PF / 93 Düsseldorf EQC 253 Autoimmune Disease 2 Antibodies against mitochondria, microsomes, smooth muscle actin and parietal cells EQC march 15 A summary of the results obtained from all participants including a graphical representation of the results is given in the attached tables and figures. For the evaluation of the IIF-tests only the reported titers were considered. For titers below the reference range, was entered. For the evaluation of other methods (Elisa, RIA, other quantitative methods) the quantitative criteria ( - 4), or qualitative criteria or 1 (western-, line-, dotblot) were applied. The sample was serum from a 35-yr old female donor, which showed antibodies against parietal cells in IIFT. With specific tests antibodies against H + -K + -ATPase were detectable. No other antibodies against mitochondria, smooth muscle, actin, or LKM-1 could be found. The material was used undiluted. The participants had no difficulties with this sample.
