4 Behavioural Surveillance Aim: to develop a standardised behavioural surveillance system reach consensus on indicators for different subpopulations + which methods to use to collect these data Commissioned to an international team, Univ. Lausanne Survey (mapping): July - October 2008 Results discussed at an expert meeting in February 2009 (involving experts and CSF, WHO, UNAIDS, EMCDDA, etc.) Final report due in June & meeting September 2009 Phase II: user friendly toolkit (2009) and pilot (2010) Strategy 1.2 To improve the scientific understandings of CD determinants
