18 Occurrence of KHV KHV has occurred since 2003 and been spread all over Japan Number of occurrence Aquaculture wild 400 Total Year 18
19 Nishikigoi export program Registration procedure Farms which intend to export Nishikigoi are required to be registered by MAFF based on the Guideline that is made by MAFF in accordance with the OIE code. 3) Submit and report the applications 1) Apply for registration MAFF Prefectural Government Farm 4) Register a farm 2) On site inspection 5) Inform registered or not 19
20 Nishikigoi export program Registration criteria Surveillance of diseases (tested 2 times / year for more than 2 years) Biosecurity plan Ground water, tap water or disinfected water should be used. Introduction of unidentified Nishikigoi is restricted. 175 farms are registered. 20
