4 2 Dedicated prosthetic components To treat major rehabilitation and in particular for cases of total edentulia, way Venezia proposes two restorative solutions which guarantee the best aesthetic-functional results. These are the Step abutment and the Toronto abutment, with which - it is possible to use all of the existing bone even in cases with extended atrophy without resorting to advanced surgery, - greater stability is achieved from a biomechanical point of view, thanks to the distribution of loads on different elements. The angulated version makes it possible to make the axes of the elements which make up the structure parallel, so making positioning, fixing and removal simple during the various restoration phases. The Step system offers temporary and definitive components, both in castable material and titanium, giving the user a great freedom of choice Toronto abutment The Toronto abutment has been specifically designed to create total fixed restorations using the Toronto Bridge technique. The Toronto abutment has a spacer which leaves a margin between the horizontal structure and the vertical one; this makes it possible to correct any imprecision connected to the different manufacturing phases of the prosthesis. The Toronto abutment simplifies the steps required by the Toronto Bridge and makes it possible to achieve a perfectly fitting structure. 4

5 3 Safety and reliability Geass has designed way Venezia in order to offer high levels of safety in all phases of the implant-restoration treatment. The morphological characteristics and the surgical procedures have been conceived to guarantee elevated primary stability, which enables to carry out total rehabilitations even with immediate loading, according to the case.
