The list of item placed on Annexure-1. The sealed quotation has to reach to the Undersigned s Office on before 15/04/2015 up to 15.00hrs by Registered Post/Courier or to be deposited in the quotations box kept in the office of undersigned. The articles can be inspected at Shri Vinoba Bhave Civil Hospital, Silvassa during the office hours on working days. The list of articles will be held from office of the Director Medical and Health Services, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa or can be downloaded from the official website of dadra & Nagar Haveli from 31 /03/2015 to 14 /04/2015. The filled quotations will be opened on 15 /04/2015 after hours in presence of suppliers if possible. The quotations received after due date and time shall not be entertained.
