6 THE PRE-SET CONFIGURATIONS For those who needs to go easier, XENIOS USA thought some pre-set configurations of the XFIT series. Besides the basic Rig and Rack (either stand-alone or wall-mounted), you can get more combinations of them. The Rig is the 6 x6 (180x180 cm.) basic XFIT structure and it provides up to 8 pull-up stations (stand-alone configuration) and a 4 steps (24 (60 cm.) apart) top English Ladder*. The Rack is the 4 x6 (120x180 cm.) basic XFIT structure and it provides up to 8 pull-up stations (standalone configuration), a 3 steps (24 (60 cm.) apart) top English Ladder* and up to 4 barbell workout Rack areas (stand-alone configuration). *More English Ladder bars can be purchased as an option. 12 READ BEFORE TO GET STARTED Before to start any handling and/or assembling procedure of the XFit items, read and understand the herein instruction and warning sheet as long as the provided demo assembly drawing (both are provided along with any XFit items or can be downloaded at ). Should you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact the dealer s technicians you bought Xenios USA XFit from, or directly Xenios USA at product@ xeniosusa.com. Xenios USA XFit items come fully unassembled and they must be set by bolting parts together. Some of the XFit items can be attached to the main structures (RIG, RACK or combination of them) by using a slide-in/slide-out system, according to each user needs. All XFit items that need to be bolted together come with all the necessary hardware (bolts, nuts, washers). Items do not come with any assembling tool and/ or wrench. Users must bolt together all the parts by themselves, in order to set the desired combination of RIGs and/or RACKs. While assembling XFit parts, it is necessary to issue common sense and to make sure to be in a safe environment, clear from persons, animals, object and fragile properties. All XFit structures need at least a 10 (3.0 m.) height environment to be set. Before to assemble any XFit structure, make sure to have enough width to do that: minimum width is 4 (1.2 m.). Since all XFit items are heavy stuff, it is duly recommended to un-pack, handle, move and assemble them by team-working (at least three people). Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects and properties that may occur while handling and assembling XFit items. TIPS & TRICKS: In order to make assembling procedures as easier as possible, it is advised to first set all parts together by lightly tightening bolts and nuts (leave them lose), then, just once all parts are set together and all parts holes has been coupled, firmly tight all bolts and nuts. By tightening all bolts and nuts before having coupled all the parts, some holes may result not perfectly aligned. Although XFit structures are thought to firmly stand on the floor (stand-alone settings), it is recommended to screw in to concrete floors all the main XFIt uprights bases, by using the four pre-drilled holes on each upright s steel base. Concrete screwing hardware is not provided along with the XFit items. It is advised to use at least M14 steel concrete bolts to screw XFit items in to floor. Uprights bases come with four 17 mm. dia. pre-drilled holes, so they can be screwed in to concrete even once full assembled and standing on the floor. It is not recommended to screw XFit structure in to the ground or to set them on uneven floors. All XFit wall-mounted structures must be screwed in to concrete, or bricks-made walls, by using pre-drilled holes on XFit parts that come in touch with the wall. It is not recommended to fix wall-mounted structure at weak walls, such as wood walls where wood sheets are not lying on a concrete or brick-made back-wall. Hardware to screw the XFit items in to the wall is not provided along with the same. It is advised to use M10 steel bolts (choose the right hardware according to the wall kind and material) to screw the XFit item in to walls. Be aware that screwing of XFit items in to concrete floors and/or in to walls is made under users responsibility. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any kind of damage to persons, animals, objects or properties, caused by screwing XFit items in to floor and/or wall, or caused by not having done it in the right way. TIPS & TRICKS: for wall-mounted structures: in order to easy target XFit parts holes on to wall, it is advised to first assemble all parts together, then to get the whole set structure in touch with the wall so to be able to mark the exaclty drilling points on the same wall. After having marked the wall, just move the structure off the wall, drill the holes with a proper drilling tool and a proper drill-bit (according with the wall kind and material), then screw the XFit parts by using the just-drilled holes. 13 WARNINGS Although XFit products are developed for severe workouts, they can t be outdoor used or set or stored for a long time. Elements can damage painting and steel. Warranty will void. Should XFit products be outdoor used, always wipe and clean then from damp and/or water in order to avoid rust. It is duly recommended to periodically inspect XFit bolts and nuts tightness as long as parts integrity, and welding lines good standing. Should some bolts be found lose or some part be found damaged or lose or some welding line be found cracked, stop using XFit products and take proper actions to fix found problems or to ask for the intervention of the dealer s technicians you bought them from. Xenios USA and its international licenser are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects or properties caused by careless of maintenance and/or inspection. All XFit options that can be attached to the main frames by using pins and/or slide-in/slide-out means, must be attached by paying attention to the hands and the fingers. Slide-in / slide-out parts can hurt users fingers and hands if they are not kept clear from parts in movement. Make sure that all safety-pin-equipped XFit parts are attached by having sled-in the safety pins: do not exercise with un-done safety pins. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, object and properties, caused by a mis-placing of pin-equipped items. Some XFit items are thought to rack loaded training bars. They can t be overloaded. Follow each part max.loadspecs as mentioned on the herein warning and general instruction sheet. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects and properties caused by overloaded training-bars drops. It is always recommended to use XFit items by the supervising of an experienced trainer. Since most of the exercises that can be performed by using XFit items, can take users off the ground, it is strong recommended to cover the XFit operation area (under the structures and 5 (1.5 m.) all around) with safety mats and/or anti-trauma rubber floors. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage or personal injury to persons, animals, objects or properties, caused by users falls while using XFit items. Children shouldn t use XFit products unless supervised by adults. XFit products are training tools and all training tools are not a toy or a playground device! Be aware that chemicals and metals, such as lead, nickel, or cadmium are industrial environments common used materials and they may result in to allergies or body injuries. Some items (or parts of them) might smell once un-packed, due to the long stay in to their sealed package. It has to be considered normal and the smell will fade by keeping the same products exposed to the air. Do not use harsh soaps or aggressive cleaning products to wash the products: they may result in to products damages and warranty void. 29 READ BEFORE TO GET STARTED Before to start any handling and/or assembling procedure of the XFit items, read and understand the herein instruction and warning sheet as long as the provided demo assembly drawing (both are provided along with any XFit items or can be downloaded at ). Should you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact the dealer s technicians you bought Xenios USA XFit from, or directly Xenios USA at product@ xeniosusa.com. Xenios USA XFit items come fully unassembled and they must be set by bolting parts together. Some of the XFit items can be attached to the main structures (RIG, RACK or combination of them) by using a slide-in/slide-out system, according to each user needs. All XFit items that need to be bolted together come with all the necessary hardware (bolts, nuts, washers). Items do not come with any assembling tool and/ or wrench. Users must bolt together all the parts by themselves, in order to set the desired combination of RIGs and/or RACKs. While assembling XFit parts, it is necessary to issue common sense and to make sure to be in a safe environment, clear from persons, animals, object and fragile properties. All XFit structures need at least a 10 (3.0 m.) height environment to be set. Before to assemble any XFit structure, make sure to have enough width to do that: minimum width is 4 (1.2 m.). Since all XFit items are heavy stuff, it is duly recommended to un-pack, handle, move and assemble them by team-working (at least three people). Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects and properties that may occur while handling and assembling XFit items. TIPS & TRICKS: In order to make assembling procedures as easier as possible, it is advised to first set all parts together by lightly tightening bolts and nuts (leave them lose), then, just once all parts are set together and all parts holes has been coupled, firmly tight all bolts and nuts. By tightening all bolts and nuts before having coupled all the parts, some holes may result not perfectly aligned. Although XFit structures are thought to firmly stand on the floor (stand-alone settings), it is recommended to screw in to concrete floors all the main XFIt uprights bases, by using the four pre-drilled holes on each upright s steel base. Concrete screwing hardware is not provided along with the XFit items. It is advised to use at least M14 steel concrete bolts to screw XFit items in to floor. Uprights bases come with four 17 mm. dia. pre-drilled holes, so they can be screwed in to concrete even once full assembled and standing on the floor. It is not recommended to screw XFit structure in to the ground or to set them on uneven floors. All XFit wall-mounted structures must be screwed in to concrete, or bricks-made walls, by using pre-drilled holes on XFit parts that come in touch with the wall. It is not recommended to fix wall-mounted structure at weak walls, such as wood walls where wood sheets are not lying on a concrete or brick-made back-wall. Hardware to screw the XFit items in to the wall is not provided along with the same. It is advised to use M10 steel bolts (choose the right hardware according to the wall kind and material) to screw the XFit item in to walls. Be aware that screwing of XFit items in to concrete floors and/or in to walls is made under users responsibility. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any kind of damage to persons, animals, objects or properties, caused by screwing XFit items in to floor and/or wall, or caused by not having done it in the right way. TIPS & TRICKS: for wall-mounted structures: in order to easy target XFit parts holes on to wall, it is advised to first assemble all parts together, then to get the whole set structure in touch with the wall so to be able to mark the exaclty drilling points on the same wall. After having marked the wall, just move the structure off the wall, drill the holes with a proper drilling tool and a proper drill-bit (according with the wall kind and material), then screw the XFit parts by using the just-drilled holes. 30 WARNINGS Although XFit products are developed for severe workouts, they can t be outdoor used or set or stored for a long time. Elements can damage painting and steel. Warranty will void. Should XFit products be outdoor used, always wipe and clean then from damp and/or water in order to avoid rust. It is duly recommended to periodically inspect XFit bolts and nuts tightness as long as parts integrity, and welding lines good standing. Should some bolts be found lose or some part be found damaged or lose or some welding line be found cracked, stop using XFit products and take proper actions to fix found problems or to ask for the intervention of the dealer s technicians you bought them from. Xenios USA and its international licenser are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects or properties caused by careless of maintenance and/or inspection. All XFit options that can be attached to the main frames by using pins and/or slide-in/slide-out means, must be attached by paying attention to the hands and the fingers. Slide-in / slide-out parts can hurt users fingers and hands if they are not kept clear from parts in movement. Make sure that all safety-pin-equipped XFit parts are attached by having sled-in the safety pins: do not exercise with un-done safety pins. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, object and properties, caused by a mis-placing of pin-equipped items. Some XFit items are thought to rack loaded training bars. They can t be overloaded. Follow each part max.loadspecs as mentioned on the herein warning and general instruction sheet. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage to persons, animals, objects and properties caused by overloaded training-bars drops. It is always recommended to use XFit items by the supervising of an experienced trainer. Since most of the exercises that can be performed by using XFit items, can take users off the ground, it is strong recommended to cover the XFit operation area (under the structures and 5 (1.5 m.) all around) with safety mats and/or anti-trauma rubber floors. Xenios USA and its international licensers are not responsible for any damage or personal injury to persons, animals, objects or properties, caused by users falls while using XFit items. Children shouldn t use XFit products unless supervised by adults. XFit products are training tools and all training tools are not a toy or a playground device!
