3 IT S EASY! One mouth swab is all that is needed of you. We will handle the rest. 4. YOU 1. MOUTH SWAB Simply press the provided mouth swab against your inner cheek and rub it around the inside of your mouth for 30 seconds, making sure to gather as much material as possible. Once satisfied with your sample, place the swab into the capsule and put the items into the return envelope along with your signed consent form. 2. LAB ANALYSIS Upon receiving your saliva sample and signed consent form our lab analyses you re DNA, testing only for the specific genes associated with your nutrition and fitness.
