2 Assessment Instructions Part A You will need to complete and correctly answer questions listed a) f). Part B You will need to watch the Maintain Sport and Recreation equipment DVD and answer the related questions. Reasonable Adjustment If you have identified as having a disability this assessment may be modified. Speak to your teacher if you think you need a modified assessment. Your assessment will still require you to demonstrate the same level of competency, performance and knowledge. Time allowed Please refer to your CIAG (Course Information and Assessment Guide) for the due date for this assessment. DUE DATE To achieve a satisfactory result All parts of the assessment must be completed satisfactorily. If you do not complete all of the assessment satisfactorily your teacher will discuss reassessment options with you if they are available. Your result will be recorded as S (Satisfactory) or US (Unsatisfactory) on the cover sheet of this assessment. All assessments for the unit/s listed on the cover sheet must be satisfactorily completed for you to achieve an AC (Achieved Competency) result for the unit.
