Heart team approaches for better medical management and interventions have proved to improve the quality of life of these patients. India has also seen a tremendous growth in transplant and mechanical support apart from electro - physiological procedures in the past decade. The SFHFTCON provides a common platform for all personnel involved in the management of heart failure and transplantation. The 6th annual meeting will provide a comprehensive review of all aspects of this growing sub speciality with specific emphasis on the issues governing the Indian scenario. We have an excellent international and national faculty to deliberate on various topics which has been painstakingly put-together by the scientific committee.
