13 3. Case report The patient 75-year-old male patient, Esophageal cancer, Rectal cancer was palpable, by reason of dysphagia patients who underwent surgery, stent insertion. Proceed to surgery in elderly patients has not been denied. Product for procedure 16mm*110mm EGIS Esophageal e-ptfe covered stent Procedure (Friday) Fasting the day of surgery, (Saturday) diet water and soup (Monday) to proceed F/U study of stent by esophagogram, After confirming the location and degree of expansion, to proceed meal.

14 3. Case report Procedure 1. Guide wire with a lead, Song-Lim catheter inserted into the esophagus through the mouth 2. lesion location, length, and determine the degree of stenosis by injecting contrast medium Radiopaque 3. Lesion indication by skin marker 4. Install the Esophageal stent
